Broad Objective

To impact positively on the holistic empowerment of youth to cause a change in our society

 

Specific Objectives

1. Help improve upon performance within the educational sector
2. To assist improve Environment; Sanitation and Emergency Relief (engage in advocacy on climate change and Disaster Management related issues etc.)
3. Promote Youth Economic Empowerment and Entrepreneurship development (Livelihood support Systems like Skills Training, Money Box Susu Project prioritizing Young females and young PLDW’s)
4. To promote Agricultural and Agri-Business value chain.
5. To promote Youth participation in decision making, Mentorship, Leadership and Governance.
6. To promote Young Women Empowerment(Young Girls through a Female Academy) and Gender mainstreaming
7. To Promote Health and Nutrition (Sexual Reproductive Health and Rights, HIV AIDs, Mental health, Drugs and Substance Abuse etc.).
8. To mobilize, assist in formation of Youth Associations or groups and guide in their registration process.
9. Help promote and maintain peace and security among the youth.
10. Promote community service; volunteerism and Internship among young people especially PLDW’s.
11. Provide Counseling and consultancy services for the Youth.
12. Provide training and support for the Youth in the media and Creative Art Industry (taking into consideration PLDW’s).
13. Unearth, nurture and develop the sporting talents of young people through Sports for Development Challenge Cup (SDCC) not excluding PLDW’s.
14. Organize annual Awards (USA Awards).
15. Advocate for the formation of a network of Youth Development organizations (Youth Link).
16. Organize Conferences and Seminars for the Youth, Young Women and PLDW’s.
